Personal injury claims are handled on a national basis by a dedicated and experienced team in the fields of employers liability, public and occupiers liability, road traffic accidents, defective products, industrial disease and fatal accident claims.
Criminal Defence work is undertaken locally with representation at the police station and throughout the prosecution process in both the Magistrates and Crown Court. Criminal Defence is predominantly publicly funded through the Legal Services Commission

No Win, No Fee
If we agree to act on your case, we will offer you our no win, no fee scheme. Under our scheme, you will not be charged legal costs if your claim is unsuccessful. Our no win, no fee scheme is available to all our clients, subject to our approval of your case.
To do this, we will carry out an initial risk assessment and advise you on the suitability of accepting your case and, if it is appropriate for us to conduct it on a no win, no fee basis.
Please note that some cases are not suitable for a no win, no fee arrangement and in that event, we will discuss your case and agree with you the most suitable method of funding it. For example, your case may be eligible for Trade Union Funding, or Legal Expense Insurance Funding and in such event, it is likely to be more advantageous to you to pursue your claim under those funding arrangements, rather than entering into a no win, no fee arrangement with us.
